Is there a fee to book a storage unit?
No, reserving a unit is free!
Is there a deposit charged for a gate card or opener?
Nope! You can access the yard easily with our free cell phone app.
Is there a security deposit?
No security deposit is required.
What can I put in a storage unit?
You can store personal or business items, except for:
Firearms, explosives
Food (including pet food)
Hazardous materials
Living or dead things (plants, animals, etc.)
Cash, legal documents
Irreplaceable valuables
Stolen property
What type of security and protection do you provide?
We have a barbwire topped fenced surrounding the property, a well-lit yard with video
monitoring, security patrols, and monitored gated access.
What type of units do you have?
We have various sizes with easy drive-up access. Here’s a quick guide or use our storage
calculator to find the perfect size!
5×10 – Dorm or bachelor suite
10×10 – 1-bedroom apartment
10×15 – 2-bedroom apartment or small house
10×20 – 3-bedroom home (no garage)
15×30 – 4+ bedroom home
What will fit into the different sized storage units?
A person’s belongings come in many shapes and sizes, so to help you with determining what size of a storage unit you need we have a storage calculator where you can input an inventory of your belongings and get an accurate answer.
What type of notice is required to vacate my storage unit?
Same-day notice (written or verbal) is fine—just let us know so we don’t keep charging rent.
What type of access do I have to my storage unit?
Daily from 6:00 AM to 11:00 PM via our free app.

How do I pay for self-storage?

Why don’t we offer 24-hour storage access?
For security reasons, we limit access. But if you have special circumstances (e.g., business needs), contact us — we can arrange after-hours access.
Can you live in a storage unit or your RV parked at our storage facility?
No, living on-sit, whether in a storage unit or your RV stored at the premises, is prohibited by law. Anyone found residing at our facility will be asked to leave immediately.
